What's it like to work for your company? I like to run a very fluid and open office. All the staff are involved with choosing slogans, ads, new flavours and seasonal ranges.Every week we have a summary chat and everyone gets to throw out any ideas they have for moving the company forward. I think it makes them proud to have such an impact on company policy.

Why is it a good employer? We do a lot for our team to make sure they feel appreciated. They get every Friday afternoon off. If the company were a car what would it be and why? We would be something electric and it would have to be electric lime green.
