Celebrity chef Paul Rankin has launched a new line of potato-based ready meals into the Rankin Selection range. The ready meals, the first to be included in the brand, have been made with producer Glens of Antrim Potatoes and its new subsidiary North Antrim Foods.
The line includes a range of contemporary-style crushed potato and vegetable products, which will be sold in UK and Irish branches of Tesco and Sainsbury’s. “These products will meet the needs of the modern, health-conscious customer, who seeks a high quality, premium product that is easy to prepare,” said Michael McKillop, MD of Glens of Antrim.
