Drinks distributor J Wray & Nephew UK has appointed Jacklyn Frahill as brand manager for its cognac-based spirit Alizé.
Frahill joins J Wray & Nephew UK from Pernod Ricard where she worked on a number of brands including Jameson Irish Whiskey. She has also worked for Irish Distillers in Dublin.
In her new role, Frahill will oversee the marketing of all five Alizé brands, including Alizé Rose which was launched in the UK last month.
Frahill said: "Alizé is a very exciting brand to work on. The challenge is to grow it further within the UK off-trade, with the introduction of Alizé Rosé, and make it more relevant to the mainstream consumer.
"Alizé's popularity in the US has been mirrored in the UK where it has quickly grown a strong following among urban trendsetters aged 23-35."
