Cake manufacturer Finsbury Food Group has appointed Archy Cunningham as managing director of its three Scottish subsidiaries United Central Bakeries, Campbells Cakes and the California Cake Company.
Cunningham has been managing director of United Central Bakeries since 1998 and, in 2002, led its successful management buyout before being taken over by Finsbury Food Group in November last year. He has previously worked for Rowntree Mackintosh, United Biscuits, Allied Bakeries and Halls of Broxburn.
Dave Brooks, chief executive of Finsbury Food Group, said: "Archy has an excellent track record. His appointment will help to further strengthen the group's senior management team as we continue our buy-and-build strategy."
