Steve Henderson has been appointed acting group finance director for Boparan Holdings following the departure of Simon Herrick and Jon Silk this month.
Herrick and Silk were FDs for Northern Foods and 2 Sisters respectively, and Boparan Holdings is now seeking a new group FD. Henderson, who has been at Northern for 15 years, will handle finance for both companies. He is used to stepping into temporary roles, having moved up from financial controller to acting CFO for Northern in November when Herrick became acting CEO following the departure of Stefan Barden.
