Leading food and drink producer Kerry Foods has lost one of its most senior marketers. Sarah Power who had been responsible for the company's Mattessons brand, has joined Burger King as its new senior marketing manager for northern Europe.
During her time at Kerry Foods, Power was responsible for the relaunch of the Mattessons meat brand and launched new meat snacking range Fridge Raiders, which recently won The Grocer's Campaign of the Year award for snacks.
She has also worked as senior brand manager for Richmond and Porkinsons.
In her new role at Burger King, Power will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of all Burger King's UK marketing and advertising, as well as ensuring it is in line with the fast food giant's brand strategy.
She replaces Simon Foster, who left the company in July to become marketing director at the National Magazine Company.
