What's your nickname? My full name is Parminder but I've been called Parm since primary school. It's easier to pronounce for some, so it just stuck.
What did you want to be when you were a kid? A superhero who could do everything and be everywhere and, of course, save the world from a villain. I grew up watching TV shows such as the A-Team, Knight Rider and Superman, which reinforced the desire.
What's your favourite movie and why? Star Wars. I first watched the movie when I was 12 years old. It was the first time I had seen anything with that kind of special effects.
Do you have any phobias? Heights. My wife has booked a hot air balloon trip next month... should be interesting.
Who would you most like to sit next to on a plane? Tiger Woods. Not only would I get tips to help my game, I would also be able to get into the mind of someone who, even after losing his dad, played one of the best ever rounds of golf to win the Masters.
What would you request as your final meal? It would have to be the Love Foods Tikka Masala dish. It's something I could eat every single day of the week.
What's your favourite junk food? I'm not a big fan of junk food (but see below) but I do like a veggie burger with cheese and fries smothered in chilli sauce from my local kebab shop on a Friday night, after going out with the boys.
What's the weirdest thing you've eaten? During my time at Sony Europe I often travelled to Japan for business and, being a strict vegetarian, the only thing I could eat was fried or steamed vegetables. The hardest thing was pretending to enjoy the meal so I didn't insult my Japanese colleagues. The hotel had a TGI Fridays in the lobby so I always finished my evening with a pizza.
What luxury would you have on your desert island? Golf clubs. What better place is there to practice bunker shots.
What's your biggest regret? Not starting the Love Foods project earlier, but I believe everything in life happens for a reason and the launch of the Love Foods range couldn't have come at a better time.
