What’s the best thing about working there? Working for a cool brand, in a cool office and getting to wear flip-flops to work!

Does the company offer any unusual benefits? As many lovely Feel Good Drinks as we can consume! We get five ‘feelgoodness’ days every year where we volunteer for anything we feel passionate about.

How does the company differ from its rivals? Our drinks provide one of your five-a-day, contain 100% natural ingredients and no added sugar or artificial nasties. No other juice drinks have the same commitment to quality and healthy ingredients.

Is there a definable company culture? It’s in the name; you can’t call yourself ‘Feel Good’ and be a miserable bunch everyone here is ambitious and works hard but we have a good time and celebrate success.

If the company were a car what would it be and why? Red VW Beetle. It’s fun and stands out from the crowd!

What’s the training like and what qualifications can I earn? Most of the training is on the job but this is definitely the best place to learn. We have regular informal training sessions, such as the Trade Maths League, which can get very competitive!

Has the company won any awards or been recognised in the past few years as an employer? We won the Orange ‘best-performing small team’, and were finalist in ‘best work experience provider’ run by the National Council for Work Experience.

What’s your proudest achievement of the past 12 months? We have gained a lot of new listings and I plan to continue building distribution.

Are you looking for any people right now and, if so, where? We have a few roles available: head of sales selling to current customers and finding new ones, and brand manager delivering the Feel Good Drinks brand plan.
