As well as being stocked in seven of the top 10 restaurants in the world, we've recently been nominated for a Cool Brand Award for the third consecutive year as well as picking up a gold medal for our Ginger Beer at the prestigious SOFI awards in New York.
What's your proudest achievement of the past 12 months? Getting Fever-Tree stocked in all the Caprice Holdings Restaurants.
What is your most important or challenging HR issue? Our biggest HR challenge is trying to find candidates with the right experience, attitude and personality.As a small team, it is crucial that we find the right people.
Are you looking for any people right now and, if so, where? We are currently looking for an events and training manager.The successful candidate will take responsibility for our consumer and trade shows as well as a training programme across national account pub and restaurant groups.
