This is disgraceful, i have a mortgage based on my current wage, and losing £3000 a year is certainly not going to help since my husband has recently lost his job. On top of all this, I have been told from my Manager that i will still be expected to carry out team leader duties whilst on bottom wage, and i should prove that i want to progress in the company by taking the extra responsibility and hours for no extra pay, WHAT??? NOT A CHANCE!!

What on earth are we paying USDAW for? If this happens and they do nothing to try and help us, i will most certainly be leaving USDAW and making sure everyone i know leaves with me. As for Tesco, i will be looking for work elsewhere and guess join the growing number of people who think the worse of them. Guess this is just more news that will drag an already dirty name through the mud.

STOP BEEN SPINELESS USDAW AND BACK THE PEOPLE WHO PAY YOUR WAGES!
