Tesco is putting more money into express than superstore and extra's as express is currently where the money is being made! We had a breifing on this not long ago about the TL roles being cut at larger stores as the money isnt being made, but to make thousands of team leaders in larger stores redundant or reducing their income isnt the solution!! It a bad decision coning from the powers above which will effectivly cause uproar in the company. If this was happening to me i would be looking elsewhere, my job is the only income my home has and i cant afford to lose it!!
