My personal feeling is it comes down to, "its not what you do but the way that you do it".

There are vague comments, unclear suggestions of what may happen, people like to know, and to be treated fairly (yes 15 years ago we were more less).

I know things change and they always will, but if people are HAPPY and looked after, they will follow you to hell....if they are not happy, it doesn't matter how much you whip them, at first opportunity they put there middle finger up...

Happy staff, happy customers...

Unhappy staff, no customers...

But I myself will do my duty, my best to make whatever the powers that be, plans work...

If they dont work....well I have done my best....but live by the sword, die by the sword...
