I have been doing a manager role for 5 years for team leader pay as we do not gave a manager they brought us a services manager who then tried to tell me and my team how to do my job i have done security for 7 years he never has done a day i was told as the manager role is coming back i can not apply as i would not now how to do the manager role as i have not done there worshops myanager at the min cant even do a rota for his csd staff i do all my rotas holiday meetings audits everything he does nothing. I now if there was no tl in my store it would collapse r manager do not now what they are doing my store sent some one to do a placement as a manager cos she was refusing to transfer until she was a manager and she was shit at her job they were so happy when she got signed off so she kept her promise and left tesco is on its ass and is getting rid of the people who have ran there departments for them. I was told i may get dropped back dwn to a ga and the managers will take my job role staying on the same money but i will be expected to do the same job i do now as its what i used to do but for less money. I was told by my store manager tesco want managers who can point there finger at u to say do this do that but not know how to do there job but all the people who are good at there job and now what there doing stay as ga an tl he actualy said u become a manager because u pass the booku dnt have to be a hard worker and even said most managers in tesco have not got a clue what there doing tesco is the worst company ever
