Tesco is being run into the ground. No staff, no time to actually do any of our jobs properly, always introducing something new to change the way we are working, when actually all the stores need are more staff, more money for overtime and then the jobs are executed more efficiently and to a higher standard. I am a manager and I feel for the TL's going through this change; all staff at Tesco stores work extremely hard no matter what level they are, yet in my opinion it's the barmy decisions made at the higher levels where most of these people haven't even set foot in store and worked to see what the reality is.
