I think you should have all listened to the brief its not just team leaders that have a change its line managers and some senior job roles that will change!!! Some of you have the nerve to disrespect managers and senior managers because all you heard was what you wanted to hear......yes it is trialling in 12 stores yet it may take a while to come into action in other stores. Who knows what will happen. However it affects everyone and to say that Team Leaders do all the hard work while as you have put it in not so many words you are referring to the dept mgrs and seniors just dishing out jobs to others is not the case as there is many a mgr and senior mgr that put a hard days graft in.
