When will these directors in charge see the BIG picture?. Time and again T/L are at the front of their department doing almost every task asked of a manager and keeping it running. So how do you reward their hard work and long hours? You cut their job. Nice!!. Maybe they should look closer to home and see how they could save money by not having so many managers (who think a rumble is a days work). Cut down on the pointless waste on POS and pointless gimmicks. Customers want to walk in pick their shopping and go home as quick as they can. They don't want to get hassle as soon as they walk in a store. They don't want MMM or LEM. They want to get the shopping they need and go home. Last point..... Would of been nice to hear this from my store but today they finally told me less then I knew already from forums and blogs. Nice work Tesco!!!!!
