Have already witnessed the non-replacement of team leaders, and this is in Dot Com. Usdaw failing the staff, really think we should all stop paying our union fees as quite clearly not acting on behalf of the majority of our staff. Mr Clarke, what on earth are you doing, listening to some senior managers that dot the i's and cross the t's and pretend that making moments matter and customer service is foremost when it really isn't.........and I do care for our customers and the company but you really aren't listening.
