Problem is there is people in our shop who come in at 20.00 and stay till 08.00 and take a 30 min break and do this as its what he needs to do to get his jobs done rediculous i know there is many otheres doing this and they save the company a shit load of money but these idiots r making it worse for all of us if u stay an hour over my shift i take it back if i get a pho e call or txt at home i take time back i dnt wrk for hell for free ig was my company yes but it aint so now they earn a lot of money and cant pay me an extra hours pay if i stay over they as a company can get to fuck ran by idiots who love the word yes i will wrk for free yes i will do 12 hour ahifts 7 days a week through december they is managers out there who do wrk we do have 3 in our shop but the rest pass the book have 1.5 hour break plua there 10 5minute cigi breaks aswell
