@lee hi, Department managers i have worked with get paid a salary and on performance related pay based on their reviews, so i can understand if they put in hours to get pay rises and vise versa.

i put in at least 7 hours of unpaid work as a tl which is equivalent to £240 a month! this will speak for many more TLs across Tesco. The problem comes when we have "Making moment matters" managers earning 30k for coloring pictures to hang up in the canteens! thats only the start......

The ones who actually keep the shop running while alot of our managers are talking about their figures and waste for the week are getting screwed over so bad. im sure your company would not accept this.
