This is madness!! Im a team leader on options waiting for my sign off, what happens if i dont get signed off before this takes hold, Then what happens? I wont have a TL job to fall back on! So will have to go back to a G.A! Yeah thanks!!

I have worked so hard for tesco since leaving school, even putting a struggle on my relationship with all the unpaid hours we do! And having tk go to work spare of the moment (A lot of you can vouch.for this) And then get kicked in the teeth with this!?
Team leader are the back bone of each dept, take that back bone out, you will have a heap on the floor!
Getting rid of the deputy i agree with, all they do is give you pointless next steps, make your life hell,
do not support you, expect you to have a quick 10 minute lunch break!

I could go on and on!!

Tesco will be lost with out team leaders FACT!!
