Taking team leaders out of a skilled area is just carnage. I mean look at the training and legal implications of bakery & counters . Ridiculous however ever other company has had their set backs just goes to show Tesco isn't doing so well as a company and........they are playing their staff like a chess borad strategically placing people like pawns for the taking. What's the bet that this is all done before ur share money is suppose to be paid in fact that's probably the redundancy funds !!!!
