I find it quite baffling how they think they will cope without Team Leaders, I have to run the department on my own on a daily basis, my manager who used to be senior team, can't even run a promo change properly. He sits in the office all day and will then come say bye whenever he feels like it. My deputy is really my point of call as my line manager is never seen. I never moan about it and will get on with it. But for me to be possibly punished by losing my job and losing money is an absolute farce
