The problem is that Dotcom (online) is getting more popular and stores are focusing to much on this, leaving the customers that actually shop in store out in the cold. In stockton all non Dotcom general assistants are sent to Dotcom for 4 to 5 hours everyday leaving departments like grocery, frozen and fresh (CUSTOMER ESSENTIALS) empty with gaps all over. How tesco is expected to make money when shelves are empty is beyond me. NIGHT TEAM is under a lot of pressure to fill the department for the next day. STOCK CONTROLLERS can't investigate gaps because they're on Dotcom. Grocery, fresh, bws, non food, frozen etc etc can't work back stock because they're in Dotcom. and when Dotcom is finished your expected to answer service calls to checkouts every 5 minutes. All staff want is to work they're own departments which will make them happy. Happy staff-happy customers-more trade. And to finish.... Far to many manager meetings. Get your backsides out of the meetings and work your departments. It's Easter for goodness sake. Get them Easter eggs out!!! Make money!! Bring back customers!! Also better service managers need to go. What a waste of time really. EVERY ONE KNOWS HOW TO GIVE GOOD SERVICE JUST STOP SMASHING OUR MORALE TO THE GROUND.
