Instead they should change the layout of the shop position.

Layout of shop the person on till unable to notice shoplifters. Specially exit entry that will stop loss and will increase the profit.

Suppose £ 5000 worth dead stock sitting in one shop 1000 express that is £5000000 money just lying in warehouse just express forget metro superstore & extra..
Unnecessarily money invested in dead stock instead of investment in staff wage.
Sainsbury done the same mistake when Sainsbury was on top position.
