Tesco made a bad decision, instead of removing team leader roles it makes business sense to restructure from
Top as oppose to bottom. Il give you an example CEO Phillip Clarke- in Redditch Extra which is a top 10 store in the UK there are TOO many managers whilst only a HANDFUL of part time workers that are expected to be overworked for the rubbish wage they recieve of just over £7. It's shocking that despite having countlessly mentioned its about good customer service for customer, they hardly have anyone on the Eletricals or Grocery departments.
