Absolute disgrace hearing this news, it angers me knowing that there treating the team leaders like this and blaming it on 'cuts' they ought to start clearing out a few managerial positions in there stores. My store has far too many managers and has a couple who I can honestly admit I have no idea what there roles in store are, the team leaders are used as scapegoats to work silly hours, take all responsibility on departments and are used to blame most of the time when departments aren't delivered, I really wish they'd do some form of panorama under cover programme in certain stores to show the country just how a big business like Tesco treat there staff on a daily basis maybe then the big wigs would start to shake things up starting from senior team......
