Tesco is no longer competitive, on cost, service and especially quality which i key. It doesn't surprise me that this is happening. I find that those with more senior roles withon the customer facing side get very defensive when you ask or raise a concern instead of viewing it as an opportunity to have an insight into what their customer wants/needs. I feel for people facing redundancy in this current climate as much as those who currently seek work and have none. But Tesco has gone to the digs as far as I am concerned.
