I think if it comes down to it Team Leaders should strike, the union are spineless and dont dare take Tescos on so its down to us to bring it into your own hands.
As many people have said before Team Leaders carry the managers and without us the departments will fall apart. Managers barely have time to do their own job let alone the Team Leader role as well.
Tescos needs to look at saving money they spend on ridiculous advertising campaigns and all these outside POS people they now have come in to put a few things on display!!!
