My manager can't do half the jobs I do as team leader it's a joke!! Managers spend most of their time in meetings or the tea room it's the team leaders that run the departments. Tesco is sinking fast and this will only make it happen more quickly. Money saving game. Why dont they reduce the pay of PM's!! The onlg ones ive ever know are worse than useless.
