Tesco is doing the right thing, the team leaders add no value to the store, more CA's would be far more use. The union will do nothing as they have no power because no one who works there actually gives a shit, as long as they get paid. Stop your complaining, your pay is protected and you wont lose out. Having read some of these comments I suspect Tesco's larger problem may be that it is currently employing a largely mentally retarded staff.
