Think it is a disgrace the way loyal dedicated teamleaders are being treated !! We are the ones that start early for our shifts finish late often go without our breaks run our departments sort the holidays sort the overtime (haha if any) swap shifts around where needed do the rotas , do all the training , work side by side with our teams , we are the ones the our colleagues come to with there issues and we do all this whilst doing our jobs .
If mister tescos wants to make more profit it's quite simple
Happy staff =happy customers
Loyalty gains loyalty
Lower prices gains more customers
If you want to loose customer keep going the way you are going as most of your staffs wages goes back into the stores as most of us shop in out own stores so the more staff you loose get rid of or loose there loyalty in a bid to save money the more you loose in the long run in your tills as we will shop else !!!!
