If Tesco are losing trade to other store why don't they stop buying new stores just to stop other people buying them
Look at restructuring it's management as there is a lot of wasted money thrown into that with managers that just sit in the office all day and others that just finger point all day
Then start gaining back customers through price as that is after all where other stores beat us as Tesco is expensive so instead of cutting your team leaders try cutting your prices to be more competitive !!!
