Another restructure...I have worked for tesco for 23 years and seen this many times.....tesco are not the caring company they used to be.....I stepped down as a section manager a couple of years ago...I got fed up with being bullied by ungrateful store managers and expected to work all the hours god sent at the expense of my family....as soon as I could I got out of that and went down to g.a......much happier.....they don't think about the people doing the team leaders job that have put in extra time and effort for the extra money it brings that they need to live!
Come on tesco be fair!
