Iv been a team leader for many years iv asked my senior management team what is going on and I get a mixed selection of answers ranging from "I don't know anything about it" to "needs of the business and don't worry".
Don't worry don't worry I struggle on my own financial already as I live alone and the only 2 options it would open to be are take even less money or go on the dole.
Usdaw are as good as useless they won't even tell us if we get protected pay for 4years if we step down.
Iv given blood sweat and tears to tesco over the years and this is how they repay us a two finger salute and shares that are worthless while asda who make less profit give there staff 3 times more as a thank you for the hard work they put in.
