Disappointed to say the least. Ive killed myself since i became a team leader a few years ago. Personally enjoy the independence i have as a tl to run things my way. Just got a mortage as well and this has come up, if my pays protected ill manage fianancially but on professional approach may leave as was wanting to advance but think this will make it harder now to do so. 12 years with tesco and feel like getting kicked in teeth. Personally feel like for the most part they are a good employer but this DOES NOT help moral. But will wait and see what happens when they roll it out in my store before deciding on my future.
