Why is it always the lowest paid that pay the price? Our store has 5 senior team one of them being a duty manager, great you might think hardly any duties for the line managers, WRONG they just seem to be in charge of doing the management rota, checking we've done our workplan and filling the shop! Filling the shop on £40-£50k! Think that's where they should be looking to save money senior team were needed when they ran the shops and were in charge as duty managers but when they wanted line managers to take that on they made most of the senior team obsolete as while the line managers are doing duties and running their departments our senior team are reading emails, doing pretty displays and sometimes filling the shop! I love my teamleaders and wouldn't be able to do my job without them one manager and 100 staff!! Leave the teamleaders alone revisit the more expensive senior roles!!!!
