at the moment we are all worried about our roles! in the pilot stores the line managers have also been changed i.e there is now only 1 fresh manager for bakery, dairy, produce and counters, so at the moment that would make 3 displaced managers also there will be 1 team support (TL) for these areas! we need head office to comment a little more in detail because all the good managers and team leaders will leave and the company will go further down!!! i agree with what everyone says and leave the union as i have cancelled already after hearing about this!!
