Jimmychoo, its not 8 roles per store in ASDA, calm yourself down! Having been ina store last year that went through a restructure it was 3 roles with the addition of 5 new section leader roles. There will be restructure again in larger stores, but the whole sale abolition of a tier in the structure is not what we are going through.
