I learned of these changes via social media nearly 2weeks ago.Management had a meeting on Monday.Myself and other team leaders still have not been spoken to.I suppose my job isint as important as theirs!!I understand the changes but they need to look at other problems as well.I work in a store which as 4 managers,1 senior and 2 team leaders and only 6 staff.That can't be right.Oh well least we all can have boxing day and new year day of.We can have a lovely Christmas and leave the department in the capable hands of our manager.Cheers Tesco.
