I think things r a lot worse than they seem. For months now we have been getting in mixed delivers with incorrect stock. It seems click to order cleaning products for the counters is always in short supply leaving us ringing round other stores begging for stuff. All the while being moaned at about failing audits because of no oven gloves or aseptopol. And looking at the lack of uniform in our store, we look like a ragtag army in mixture of our own clothes.
Invest in your staff Tesco get rid of excessive managers and build a team of hard working employees that enjoy their work and who aren't ruled by fear.
