I am a ga on nights entertainment and my manager and tl are on days but npvember last year they got rid of my tl and a new manager was installed in january but since then i have not seen my manager once even worse i came back from a 2 week holiday and my backup is a mess and my manager started the range change but messed it up and left the message with duty that he has left me to finish it as i know what i am doing. While on holiday 3 of my friends text me saying that a new game had not been put out and that it was a mess. Everytime a rep says do this they stand to attention and get on with it giving me more work to do put it right. If we had a team leader I may get a bit more communication but as it is my manager is a waste of space. More ga's and tl's and get rid of the rubbish are what will push this company forward
