Team leaders going, they are not the only ones, staff from all departments are being pressured to work on dot com, consultation starting any day now. A most physical change for anybody, try pushing a dot com trolley round for hours at speed bending twisting & heavy lifting if your body is ok now it will soon be screwed. No option given, do it or leave. Many years ago I told Tesco I was leaving, within an hour a manager was at my house all was sorted out and I returned. Now they would open the door for you, something really has gone wrong .
