Stop paying union fees as usdaw don't earn it, and instead of going on strike, work to rule. do your hours and no more, no staying to finish a job or anything. I think that doing this over a period of time will make them realize there just isn't enough people in the business at shop floor level. after all , we wouldn't need much overtime if the right hours right place worked would we? by the way don't use usdaw phone acass (they're much better and not run by Tesco!!) Tesco relies on our loyalty to our colleagues and store..... this has to end
