If they get rid of team leaders the job still needs to be done don't tell me the new support team workers/manager or whatever the new title will be will do the work. Tesco will still expect us to do it without the pay and will probably say you are lucky to have a job plenty of people are willing to fill our shoes so tesco win wins. They are not daft. Staff are in short supply at moment and we usually spend most of our shift on checkouts and managers fill the shelves ! What a waste of money... Look how much that costs....
