Look all you keep going on about managers don't do nothing that complete bull shit I can clearly see that managers do a hell off a lot off work, yes team leaders work hard but when u look at it they not the bench mark for the company, they just help to relieve some pressure off the managers but when you look at the business in the last 3 years multi channel has come on quicker, quicker then any think, but the issue is not about saving money, a team leader role is not an essential role any more, you will most likely get a better investment in the departments because the ex teams leaders would pick up an extra 25% work load from what they use to do, and where the business has had step changes it would make the managers be in a better place, same as inspiring performance if you don't deliver you could be with out a job.
