Tesco team leaders do not run the store they work hard just like the GA,s I can not stand it that people are putting on here that team leader are the best off the best, my view is that team leaders should go but I think it's totally right that teams leaders at the front end should stay because it's all about service, so team leaders I am a very we'll know manager and I clearly think you are over stepping the mark Philip Clarke has done and is trying to stop us all from losing our jobs, and stoping the company failing over, when he took on the company it's been a massive problem he played all cards on the table but he had to show the cutie on what terry leahy has left us, so please don't bite the hand that feeds you if you not happy if you could find a better way off stay this bit this take notice and do it, " not happy leave the company and let's us grow it, grow our loyal people and grow sales" good luck everybody and hope all the negative people GO
