Scary and stupid. Every member of staff is valuable As a TL on checkouts do I worry ? Yes !!! There is no safe job anymore. I have one hard working stressed out manager who gets Grief from the top so it passes down Not personal ... But how do u give a good customer service whilst being kicked and degraded.. I use to love my job but I dread going into work as I don't know where I will get kicked next !! I can Multi task and take on different jobs thrown at me but each one will lower my % given to it. One job 100% 2 jobs 50% each etc etc so 10 jobs ... Till check IDQ Change run. Team 5 customer viewpoint GA checks. Schedular. Welcome backs. Training. Standards of dept. pod count. Plus all the other extra added jobs ... We want to give excellent service with a smile and a happy heart but morale is so low it us hard .. Lucky to have a job ? Yes .. But it should not be used as a threat to blackmail you into guilt
Wise up Tesco you are in for a big fall .. Go back to basics .. Care for your staff and they will pay it back .. No pay no overtime .. I don't walk out of Tesco with a loaf of bread and not pay for it so don't steal my time !!!

Pay the real people real money and get your ground back .. I cringe when I say I work at Tesco now .. Too big for your boots Tesco ' keep it all in England and Unidraw back us or loose us !!!
