Please are you mad Tesco team leaders DO NOT RUN the stores we all do and that's exactly why team leader positions should go they think there something that there not,they get paid more money then GA but don't do much more then anyone . Anyway they love the power that they think they have over us" yeah right" as if. Things have change in retail and not just for Tesco. I have worked for Tesco for twenty two years and seen a lot of changes and we have to make cuts and as these positions are not needed anymore why pay for something that needs to go. Stop moaning you are lucky to have a job at all. By the way I am just a GA but love my job and am very loyal to Tesco there are a lot more things in life to worry about.
