Can we all ensure we know the brief before we comment!! Team leader roles are being cut, it looks like the majority of team leaders could end up losing around 3,000 pound a year. However, for anyone who has commented on the value of line and senior managers... These are also being cut! Line managers are going to eventually loose average of 4,000 pound a year! These cuts are happening in all ranks! I personally have an amazing and hard grafting team leader and I am proud to say that I work my ass off every minute I am in tesco. We need to stop dissing the people we work with, who are feeling the pain with you.
