I think it's a good way to help claw back cost's. For one reason in my store where I have worked since day one. There have been the wrong people employed as team leader's, whom have relaxed their duties. And other colleagues do more work than them, I understand the role as team leader as for one I used to be one. We need a shake up like this and I'm sure more would agree. Unfortunately for those good hard working team leaders, they will suffer in pay. But option's is what they should consider but it's a slow progress and vacancies are short.
